Luhring Augustine is pleased announce a new online exhibition, Allison Katz: While life is in your body, you have the rein of all thoughts in your hands.
Made by Katz between 2006 and 2021, the group of works on paper in this presentation exemplify the artist's engagement with the complex and at times contradictory nature of contemporary artistic production. The London-based artist's first institutional show in the United Kingdom will open in May 22, 2021 at Nottingham Contemporary and will travel to Camden Arts Centre, London in 2022.
A selection of these works will be highlighted in our upcoming Frieze Viewing Room (May 5–14) alongside works by Ragnar Kjartansson and Oscar Tuazon.
