The artist Inci Ertuğ's solo exhibition titled "Persona" will be held at Mine Art Gallery in Palmarina Bodrum in cooperation with KAMU Art Projects as of July 29th, 2017.
Beyond necessity, Persona, is a mask for the artist, to wear on willingly with the intention of constructing her own existence. Inci Ertug entitles the recent period of deep breaks in her art as Persona. Her works of this period is a kind of documentary section as a part of the process that shaped Ertug’s approach on art at the present time.
In the works which carry the different dates of the past 4 years, it is possible to trace the transition of Ertug's current approaches towards the use of different materials from the works where collage and oil painting are mixedly used. Ertug shares the corner stones on her way to creating her own Persona with the audience.
Inci Ertug "Persona" exhibition opening cocktail will be held on July 29th, 2017, Saturday at 19:00 at Mine Art Gallery in Palmarina Bodrum with the participation of the artist.
