Our 27-28 May sale brought €11,706,825. Leading the auction was a selection of fine works by Lucio Fontana, such as the rare double blue canvas from 1959, which sold for €601,500 and the iconic single white cut which reached €937,500. Also performing strongly were Alighiero Boetti's works from the 1970s: competitive bidding drove the price of Lavoro Postale to €337.500, far exceeding pre-sale expectation.
