Lorenzo Puglisi's pictorial research is characterized by a strong interest in human nature and by the mystery of existence, through the conscious and obsessive use of the black color, understood both as absence and as presence, from which the light that materializes in volumes, faces and body parts.
Fragmentary presences captured in an expression, in a gesture, the result of a long search among the masterpieces of the past filtered by his iconography.
The exhibition will display large canvases that recall works by absolute masters such as Caravaggio and Leonardo.
