DC Moore Gallery's 2022 presentation at Art Basel Miami Beach will feature two important bodies of works by legendary 20th century American artists Romare Bearden and Jacob Lawrence as well as contemporary works by Valerie Jaudon, Whitfield Lovell, and Carrie Moyer.
  Showcased in Kabinett, Romare Bearden's Bayou Fever is a series of 21 collages created in 1979.
  Jacob Lawrence's 15 print series, The Life of Toussaint L'Ouverture, traces the life of L'Ouverture, a key figure in the fight for Haiti to become a democratic nation. The prints, created over an 11 year period and rarely seen together, are based on Lawrence's 1938 series of the same subject.
